Vantara General Outbound
Configure exactly why the agent is calling, what it should ask or explain, the action it should take, what a successful outcome means, and which fields must be captured. General Outbound uses its own standalone plan and does not require Vantara Sales.
Set the caller identity, organization, reason for calling, opening guidance, detailed instructions, CTA/action, desired outcome, and structured capture fields per bound campaign.
Use the call for pre-appointment information, confirmations, surveys, operational updates, follow-ups, or other approved workflows. Missing answers remain missing rather than being invented.
Structured-intake results remain attached to the contact and can be opened as a printable/downloadable PDF for operator review, filing, or physical signature where appropriate.
General Outbound is outbound-only and hard-capped. No automatic overage billing. Extra usage requires an explicit prepaid minute top-up.
Outbound Call Applications
Vantara separates proactive calling by purpose so qualification, follow-up, information capture, and appointment lifecycle calls do not get forced through one generic sales script.
Vantara Sales — available now. Run proactive qualification, capture structured outcomes and required details, execute the approved Sales CTA, and route qualified interest toward booking or the configured next step.
Vantara General Outbound — available now. Run non-sales workflows such as reminders, confirmations, surveys, notifications, and structured intake using a purpose-specific configuration that cannot fall back to a Sales pitch.
Vantara Scheduler. Calendar-connected confirmation and reminder workflows stay transactional and purpose-specific. Automatic outbound execution only runs after workspace activation and when the configured execution path is ready.
Vantara Scheduler. Appointment-change actions stay isolated from the Sales persona and use the connected calendar path where the relevant workflow is enabled.

Vantara Front Desk
Front Desk is the production inbound Call Application for businesses that want calls answered, routed, captured, and followed through even when outbound prospecting is not part of their workflow.
Answer incoming calls using the workspace's approved business context, screen the caller's intent, capture messages and required details, route or transfer where configured, and keep a durable conversation record for operator review.
Front Desk is generally available through its standalone inbound-only plans and eligible bundled entitlements. Provider-backed actions still require the relevant workspace configuration and allowance.

Artifacts + Operator Review
Campaign and call outcomes persist in workspace reporting views so operators can review what happened without relying on memory or provider-only dashboards.

Where capture assets exist, call and meeting artifacts support QA, operator review, coaching, and workflow iteration.
